Add a ruleset in Super Smash Bros. Melee that:
  • Starter stages: Yoshi's story, Battlefield, Pokemon stadium, Dreamland, Fountain of dreams.
  • Counterpick stages: Final destination
  • Allows a player to ban 1 stage after winning a game, that then can't be counterpicked by the losing player. Stage bans don't persist into later counterpicks.
  • Uses this custom stage clause rule: You cannot counterpick a stage you have previously won on, however, the starting stage is always available to counterpick.
