Allow for users to specify pronouns

I have known of several cases at events where commentators have misgendered a trans participant, which might have been avoidable if the user had been able to specify a preferred pronoun in her user settings. Additionally, a pronoun field would allow those who prefer they/them pronouns to specify that.

We implemented it as a text field to be as inclusive as possible, and we will improve on the visibility with future releases.
