Allow users to clear out previously viewed Tournament icons from the left side user nav

This would help out any user who wishes manage and limit the amount of clutter that appears on the user nav where previously viewed tournaments appear with their profile images.

We need to discuss this internally. There may be other options for this like a lower default limit and a configurable limit (like default to max of 5 recent, configurable to have 0-10 recent)
