Allows users to change their name in Profile Settings under Name and Gamertag, rather than Contact & Shipping

Currently you can edit your name in the Contact & Shipping profile settings page. https://smash.gg/admin/profile/contact-shipping
It's more obvious to place this change under the Name and Gamertag section under Profile Settings.
