We want to give people the "manager" role but also want them to display as one of the staff members of the page.

This also ties into a request of ours, the "Manager" role should be able to add lower level admins (bracket managers) and adjust team configurations at user requests, without being granted the "Admin" role, which exposes financial back end etc.
