As an admin/mod running a tournament, often I have multiple windows open at the same time (Discord, official stream, ect) and it would help if there was an option to receive a sound alert is someone requests a moderator.

Ideally this would be something that admins could toggle, because sometimes there might be 100 people requesting for mods in major events, or people just enjoy the quiet, but it would help a lot when the tournament page isn't open on my first window.
