Drag and drop seeding really sucks for mobile, and for my computer. Sometimes, it doesn't even work for either device. Adding up/down arrows would be so much more helpful and easier.

This is not on the immediate roadmap, but it is something we want to support in the future! I don't have an exact estimate but it's been added to our backlog and I will personally push for this to be high priority.

Devs or whoever is reading this issue: please also read the comments. 
I suggested a +/- or up/down arrows for seeding in a comment back in May 2nd 2019, no one read that comment or cared (reference: https://smashgg.canny.io/feature-fixes-improvements-and-requests/p/mobile-seeding).
Mobile seeding has been "implemented" but there's no practical use for it - it's the same stuff as before, drag and drop just doesn't work on most mobile devices, and it's just bad UX.
Therefore we're back to square one: no one can still seed on mobile since it's as if the feature didn't exist.
